    Three linked modules in a run layout

    This configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules linked end to end in a straight run. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 17.7m x 2.2m and approximately 34 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey format provides a practical modular shower block for construction sites, campsites and sports clubs.

    Module-by-module layout

    Module 1 forms the western end of the building. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has one top-only high-level window. The south-facing wall includes a small window, a single glazed entrance door and a second small window. A further top-only high-level window is positioned in the exposed 2.2m west end wall.

    Module 2 sits in the centre of the run, linked to Module 1 and Module 3 at each end. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has one top-only high-level window, with another top-only high-level window on the south-facing wall.

    Module 3 forms the eastern end. It has a top-only high-level window in the north-facing 5.9m wall, another in the exposed 2.2m east end wall and a third in the south-facing 5.9m wall. Together, the openings provide controlled natural light while keeping most glazing above normal eye level.

    WC and shower fit-out

    The internal fit-out includes WC and shower facilities, making the building suitable for welfare and washing provision in the construction sector. The linked modules create one continuous building rather than three separate units. Final sanitary positioning and service requirements are confirmed as part of the project specification, without assuming fittings or equipment beyond the WC and shower included in this configuration.

    External finish

    The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile straightforward and consistent across the full 17.7m run. The glazed single door is located on the south elevation of Module 1, while the specified small and high-level windows are distributed across the exposed walls.

    Indicative price and scope

    The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the three-module P600 building in its stated configuration, including the Light grey external finish, specified door and windows, and WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately. The P600 configurator can be used to review the modular format and project requirements.

    Lead time and installation

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the confirmed specification, site requirements and production programme. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers P600 buildings, with delivery and installation available across the UK. The installation programme is agreed separately to account for access and site readiness.

    Siting requirements

    The site requires suitable prepared groundworks or foundations, clear delivery and lifting access, and provision for the services needed by the WC and shower. Water supply, drainage and any other required connections must be assessed for the particular location. Ground conditions, access restrictions and site-specific works can affect both cost and programme, so these items are surveyed and quoted separately from the indicative building price.
