Three-module grid layout

This configuration uses three 5.9m x 2.2m P600 steel-framed modules, linked at ground-floor level within an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. The completed building provides approximately 37 m² of internal floor area and is configured as a toilet and shower block for the construction sector, as well as holiday parks and campsites.

The grid arrangement connects the modules to create one practical single-storey building. It provides more usable space than a standalone washroom module while retaining the delivery and installation advantages of a modular system. Module-by-module openings

Module 1 forms the principal entrance elevation. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has a small window on each side of a double-leaf glazed entrance door. The exposed 2.2m west end has one top-only high-level window. This gives the entrance a clear, balanced appearance while adding daylight to the internal space.

Module 2 has high-level glazing on each of its exposed elevations. There is one top-only window in the north-facing 5.9m wall, one in the east-facing 2.2m end and one in the south-facing 5.9m wall. The restricted-height openings support a washroom layout by balancing natural light with greater discretion than full-height windows.

Module 3 also uses high-level openings throughout its exposed walls. It has one top-only window in the east-facing 2.2m end, one in the south-facing 5.9m wall and one in the west-facing 2.2m end. Together, the three modules provide one glazed double entrance and eight windows: two small windows and six top-only high-level windows.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding, giving the building a restrained, contemporary appearance suited to commercial and managed sites. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and low-profile.

The standard internal fit-out includes WC and shower facilities. The approximately 37 m² internal area provides the capacity for a combined welfare building without splitting the facilities across separate standalone units. Exact service connections and any site-led adaptations should be confirmed before manufacture.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the three-module building with the stated WC and shower fit-out, Dark grey smooth cladding, flat roof, glazed double entrance and specified window arrangement. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately.

Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to order confirmation, specification sign-off and production scheduling. The P600 configurator can be used to review the configuration before site-specific requirements are finalised.

Siting requirements

The site must have a suitable level, prepared base designed for the building and local ground conditions. Clear access is also needed for delivery, offloading and positioning of all three modules. Water, drainage and electrical requirements should be established in advance because connection works depend on the individual site and are not included in the indicative building price.
