Permanent WC provision in a wide-format layout

This P600 configuration is designed for buyers who need a substantial, fitted modular toilet block rather than a temporary portable facility. Three steel-framed modules are connected side by side to create a single-storey building with a 5.9m x 6.6m footprint and approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. The wide layout provides a practical basis for permanent WC provision at construction sites, event venues and sports grounds.

Each P600 module measures 5.9m x 2.2m. Once linked, the modules form one integrated building under a flat roof, with the exterior finished in Light grey horizontal cladding and a slim fascia. The low-profile roofline and restrained finish give the building a clean, functional appearance suited to operational sites.

Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m wall contains a small window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second small window. This creates a clearly defined main entrance with glazing positioned on both sides. The exposed east and west ends of the module each have a top-only, high-level window.

Module 2 sits in the centre of the three-module arrangement. Its exposed east and west ends each contain a top-only, high-level window. As the middle module, its long sides connect directly to Modules 1 and 3, creating the combined internal floor area without an external entrance on this section.

Module 3 forms the south side. Both exposed 2.2m ends have top-only, high-level windows, while the exposed 5.9m south wall includes one further top-only, high-level window. Across the complete building, these high-level openings provide glazing around the east, west and south elevations while limiting the amount of clear low-level glazing around the WC accommodation.

Exterior finish and internal fit-out

The external specification comprises Light grey horizontal cladding, a flat roof and slim fascia. The entrance is through the glazed double-door opening on the north elevation. The internal fit-out includes WC provision as part of the standard fitted configuration. The brief does not assign the WC facilities to an individual module, so the detailed sanitary arrangement should be confirmed as part of the final specification before production.

Price and typical lead time

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the three-module building, the stated exterior finish, listed doors and windows, and the included WC fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately because access, distance, base requirements and service connections vary between locations.

Preparing the site

The building requires a suitable, level and properly prepared base capable of supporting all three connected modules. The site must also provide sufficient delivery and installation access, including space for the modules to be positioned safely. Any restrictions such as narrow entrances, overhead obstructions, soft ground or limited working space should be identified before delivery is booked.

Required connections for the WC installation must be planned to suit the site. Groundworks, drainage, incoming services and final external connections are not included in the indicative building price unless specifically added to the quotation. Planning requirements and other site permissions remain project-specific and should be checked by the buyer or site operator.
