Three-module run layout
This configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules linked in a single-storey straight run. The external footprint is 17.7m x 2.2m, providing approximately 34.2m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, subject to the final quoted design.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is approximately 2.40m high. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The resulting narrow, extended format is designed for secure storage use within the construction sector.
Roller shutters and personnel access
The exposed elevations contain 13 full-size roller shutters and one glazed double door, distributed across the three modules:
- Module 1: two roller shutters on the north side, one roller shutter and a glazed double door on the south side, and one roller shutter on the west end.
- Module 2: two roller shutters on the north side and two on the south side.
- Module 3: two roller shutters on the north side, two on the south side, and one roller shutter on the east end.
This opening schedule provides access from both long elevations, with additional roller-shutter access at the two exposed ends of the run. Final opening and fixture details are confirmed by quotation.
Black Grey insulated-panel exterior
The exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. Selected outside wall sections are specified as standard smooth insulated panels in the same colour, covering the exposed north and south walls, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 3. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is selected.
Internal specification
No wet fit-out has been requested for this storage configuration. The included internal walls use white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels, providing the standard internal finish for the stored design. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels remain optional and are not included in the indicative configured estimate.
Flooring has not been fixed to a particular finish because it is selected around the final room layout and intended use. Any partitions, alternative wall treatments and flooring specification should therefore be agreed through the final quotation. The stored configuration can be reviewed through the P600 building configurator.
Indicative price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate relates to the specified three-module secure storage configuration. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting remains subject to survey and confirmation of the proposed location, access and ground conditions. The completed quotation will confirm the final specification, transport requirements and any site-dependent work. Buyers should allow for suitable groundworks and any required offloading arrangements rather than treating them as included within the configured estimate.
