    A practical salon layout across three modules

    This P600 configuration combines three 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules in a wide, single-storey arrangement. Together they create a 5.9m x 6.6m footprint with approximately 34 m² of internal floor area. The broad layout gives beauty therapists and salon owners room to organise treatment, reception, waiting and support areas around their preferred way of working.

    The modules are linked side by side to create one building. Unlike a long, narrow modular arrangement, this configuration provides a wider internal footprint that can support a practical flow between clients, staff and treatment areas. An internal WC is included as part of the fit-out.

    Module-by-module window and door arrangement

    Module 1 forms the north-facing side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m wall has a large window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second large window. This creates a clear main elevation with a central entrance and natural light on both sides. The exposed east and west 2.2m ends each have a large window.

    Module 2 sits in the centre of the wide layout. Its north and south walls connect to the adjoining modules, while both exposed 2.2m ends have a large window. These end windows bring daylight into the central section without adding another external entrance.

    Module 3 forms the south-facing side. Its exposed south wall has two large windows, providing additional natural light across the rear elevation. The east and west 2.2m ends also have one large window each. Across the complete building, the specified glazing creates a bright environment suitable for close client work and a welcoming salon atmosphere.

    Exterior and internal finish

    The exterior is finished in vertical Anthracite cladding, giving the building a clean, contemporary appearance suited to commercial premises, dedicated salon sites or suitable space within an existing property. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and restrained.

    Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. The internal fit-out is completed to the standard fitted specification and includes the WC. Final room planning, salon furniture, treatment equipment and any buyer-specific finishes should be confirmed against the intended operating layout.     Indicative price and programme

    The indicative price for this three-module configuration is £38,700 ex VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately once the location and site conditions have been reviewed.

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The exact programme depends on specification sign-off, production scheduling, site readiness and installation arrangements. The P600 layout can be reviewed using the P600 configurator before the final specification is agreed.

    Preparing the site

    The building requires a suitable prepared site, with groundworks designed for the location and final building arrangement. Delivery vehicle access, installation access, levels and service routes for the WC must be assessed before installation. Any required utility connections, external works and location-specific preparations are established during the site review and priced separately from the building.
