Wide two-module configuration
This modular toilet block uses two P600 modules arranged as a single-storey, wide building. The external footprint is 5.9m x 4.4m, with approximately 22.8m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space, depending on the final partition plan.
Each steel-framed module is 5.9m x 2.2m externally and has an external height of 2.40m. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The resulting configuration provides a practical basis for a permanent WC layout while retaining the straightforward proportions of the P600 system. It is intended for the Construction sector and sits within our modular toilet blocks range.
Doors, windows and daylight
Module 1 provides the principal entrance on its exposed north wall. This 5.9m side has a single glazed door positioned with one small window on either side. The exposed east and west ends each have a top-only, high-level window.
Module 2 has top-only, high-level windows on its exposed east and west ends, plus a further top-only, high-level window on the exposed south wall. These are the stored openings for this configuration; the relationship between the WC layout, partitions and windows is confirmed as part of the final design.
Selected external finish and roof
The exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish on the selected outside walls. These comprise Module 1’s north, east and west walls, together with Module 2’s east, south and west walls.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. Cladding costs are confirmed through the project quotation and are not itemised publicly.
Requested WC fit-out
WC provision is requested for this configuration, but the final arrangement must be confirmed against the required capacity, circulation and partition layout. The stored design does not specify a precise number of cubicles, sanitary fittings or accessible facilities, so these details remain subject to the final quotation and agreed room plan.
Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish, while any alternative finishes are selected to suit the final room layout. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms; a shower room is not confirmed in this stored configuration.
Price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 ex VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. This figure reflects the stored two-module configuration and requested fit-out basis; final details and finishes are confirmed by quotation.
Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the intended location. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator.
