Two-module straight-run layout
This configuration uses two P600 steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey run. Together, they create an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and provide approximately 23m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m, an internal ceiling height of 2.16m and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The building is configured as a toilet and shower block for the Construction sector, with potential applications at large construction sites, campsites and holiday parks. Its narrow linear footprint can suit sites where facilities need to be positioned alongside access routes, pitches or working areas, subject to the proposed location, access and site conditions. Openings and access
Module 1 has a high-level, top-only window on its north wall and another on the exposed west end. Its south wall contains a small window, glazed double doors and a second small window. Module 2 has high-level, top-only windows on the north wall, exposed east end and south wall. These are the stored openings for this configuration; their relationship with the WC and shower rooms will be confirmed through the final internal layout.
Grey grooved external finish
The exposed walls are finished between the frame with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards are set vertically across the north and south walls of both modules, together with the exposed west end of Module 1 and east end of Module 2. The roof is flat and uses the approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia, without an additional fascia. Cladding is subject to quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
Requested washroom fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested for this design, with their precise rooms, positions and servicing requirements to be confirmed in the final layout and quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Final fixture and finish details are confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades; they are not included specifications for this stored design unless added to the quotation. The layout can be reviewed through the building configurator, with any selected changes assessed against the module arrangement, openings and intended washroom use.
Pricing, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £27,800 excluding VAT, or £33,360 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including checks on access, ground conditions, positioning and any project-specific requirements.
