2-Module Toilet and Shower Block

Two-module single-storey layout

This configuration links two P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey grid layout. Together, they form a footprint of 5.9 m x 4.4 m and provide approximately 23 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9 m x 2.2 m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7 m x 2.0 m.

Each module is 2.40 m high externally and has a 2.16 m internal ceiling. The connected arrangement creates a wider plan than a single P600 module, providing the space needed to develop the requested WC and shower accommodation. The final internal room arrangement and fit-out remain subject to confirmation through the quotation and layout process.

Configured doors and windows

Module 1 has its principal openings on the exposed north wall. This elevation is configured with a small window, a double glazed door and a second small window. Its exposed east and west end walls each have one high-level, top-only window.

Module 2 has two high-level, top-only windows on its exposed south wall. Its exposed east and west end walls each have one further high-level, top-only window. These are the stored openings for this configuration; final details are confirmed as part of the quotation.

Grey smooth-plank exterior

The exposed external walls are specified with Smooth plank cladding in Gri (Grey), reference AR16016, applied between the steel frame. Full-wall cladding is selected for the north, east and west walls of Module 1 and the east, south and west walls of Module 2. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised publicly.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120 mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored design, keeping the roof edge aligned with the selected P600 configuration.

WC and shower fit-out

A WC and shower are requested for the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. The exact sanitary fixtures, room divisions and associated details must be confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.

Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades; they are not included claims for this configuration unless added to the final quotation. Price, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 excluding VAT, or £32,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Final siting is subject to survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The quotation will establish the confirmed layout, finishes, transport requirements and any site-specific works before the order is agreed.
