Practical facilities in a compact footprint

This configuration uses two linked P600 modules in a single-storey grid layout, creating a finished building measuring 5.9m by 4.4m. The approximate internal floor area is 24 m², providing practical space for the included WC and shower facilities without requiring a large site area. It is designed for the Construction sector and is also well suited to holiday parks and campsites requiring a dedicated toilet and shower block.

Two-module layout

Module 1 forms the principal entrance side of the building. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. This arrangement provides a clear entrance and natural light at the front of the block. The exposed east and west 2.2m end walls each have one top-only, high-level window.

Module 2 links directly with Module 1 to form the complete 5.9m by 4.4m footprint. Its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall has two top-only, high-level windows. The east and west 2.2m end walls each have a further top-only window, giving this module four high-level windows across its exposed elevations.

The use of high-level openings around both module ends and the rear elevation is appropriate for a washroom setting, where daylight is useful but privacy remains important. The only external access door in this configuration is the single glazed door on the north elevation of Module 1.

Anthracite exterior and flat roof

The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in Anthracite, giving the building a clean, consistent appearance suitable for construction compounds, campsite facilities areas and holiday park settings. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and restrained. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

Fitted WC and shower facilities

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, supplied as part of the standard fitted specification for this configuration. The linked modules provide approximately 24 m² of internal floor area for the washroom accommodation and circulation. Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the two-module building, the stated Anthracite horizontal cladding, flat roof with slim fascia, listed glazed door and window arrangement, and the included WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately following review of the location and access requirements.

Programme and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification, order confirmation and production scheduling. Before delivery, the site requires a suitable prepared and level base appropriate to the local ground conditions and the finished building. Access must be available for the delivery vehicles and installation equipment, with sufficient working space around the intended position. Required utility and drainage connections must also be planned for the WC and shower facilities.
