2-Module Toilet and Shower Block

A practical two-module washroom layout

This configuration uses two P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side in a wide, single-storey layout. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m and approximately 24 m² of internal floor area.

It is designed as a fitted toilet and shower block for the construction sector, while also providing a practical option for holiday parks and campsites. The joined layout gives the facilities a broader floor plan than a single module, without requiring a second storey. Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a small window, a single glazed entrance door and a second small window. The 2.2m east and west end walls each have a top-only high-level window, bringing daylight into the interior while maintaining privacy.

Module 2 sits alongside Module 1 on the south side. Its exposed east and west end walls each contain a top-only high-level window. A further top-only high-level window is fitted to the exposed 5.9m south wall. No additional external door is specified for this module, so access is through the glazed door on Module 1.

Linking the two modules creates one coordinated washroom building. The internal fit-out includes WC and shower facilities, supplied as part of the standard fitted specification for this configuration.

External finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding, giving the building a clean, neutral appearance suited to managed visitor sites and working construction environments. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and compact.

The window arrangement has been selected for washroom use. Small windows sit on either side of the glazed entrance door, while the remaining openings are high-level, top-only windows. This provides natural light without using large areas of low-level glazing.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the two P600 modules in the stated single-storey arrangement, the specified smooth Light grey exterior, flat roof and slim fascia, listed doors and windows, and the WC and shower fit-out.

Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are not included in this indicative price and are quoted separately. Any requirements outside the stated configuration should be assessed and priced for the individual project.

Lead time and project planning

Siting requirements

The site must be ready before delivery, with suitable access for the modules and installation operations. A level, properly prepared base is required, with the final groundworks determined by the site conditions. The position of the building should also allow access to the glazed entrance and sufficient clearance around exposed walls.

Connections required for the WC and shower facilities must be planned as part of the site works. Delivery access, ground preparation, service connections and any project-specific installation requirements are reviewed separately and reflected in the project quotation.
