Configuration and dimensions

This building uses two P600 modules linked end to end in a straight run. Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 24 m² of internal floor area. The complete building is arranged over one storey, providing a long, narrow format that can fit alongside site compounds, access routes or established campsite facilities.

Module 1 layout

Module 1 forms one end of the building. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has one high-level, top-only window. The south-facing wall contains the building’s single glazed entrance door, positioned between two small windows. This is the main point of access and provides additional natural light through the glazed door and adjacent window openings.

The exposed west-facing 2.2m end wall has a further high-level, top-only window. The east end connects directly to Module 2, allowing the two sections to operate as one continuous fitted building rather than separate cabins.

Module 2 layout

Module 2 continues the straight-run arrangement. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has one high-level, top-only window, while the south-facing wall has another high-level, top-only window. A further high-level window is fitted to the exposed east-facing 2.2m end wall. The west end links to Module 1.

The repeated high-level openings provide daylight while limiting direct views into the WC and shower accommodation. No additional external doors or full-height windows are included in this configuration.

Internal fit-out and intended use

The standard fitted specification includes WC and shower facilities within the approximately 24 m² internal area. This makes the configuration suitable as a dedicated toilet and shower block for large construction sites, holiday parks and campsites. The single entrance keeps external access straightforward, while the linked modules provide more usable space than a standalone unit.

Final service connections and any site-dependent internal requirements should be confirmed before manufacture. The number and positioning of connections will depend on the proposed site and its available infrastructure.

External finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding, giving the building a clean, consistent appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline compact and suits the long, single-storey profile. The specified windows and glazed door are incorporated into the exposed walls exactly as set out for each module.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £21,500 ex VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the two-module P600 building with the stated external finish, door and window arrangement, and WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location and site conditions are known.

Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from confirmed specification and order. Timing can vary according to production scheduling, site requirements and the agreed fit-out, so the programme should be checked against the required installation date.

The site must have suitable prepared ground, appropriate foundations or bearing points, and adequate access for delivery and installation. Available utility connections, drainage, working space and local site constraints should be established before installation.
