Wide two-module storage layout
This secure storage configuration uses two P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side as a single-storey building. The external footprint is 5.9m x 4.4m, creating approximately 22.8m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final room arrangement.
Each module is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The modules are approximately 2.40m high externally and have a 2.16m internal ceiling. This low-rise, wide format is designed for contractors, tradespeople and businesses seeking lock-up space within the construction sector.
Access and high-level glazing
The exposed north wall of Module 1 has a full-size roller shutter and a glazed double door. This arrangement provides a broad access point for stored equipment or materials alongside a separate glazed personnel entrance.
High-level, top-only windows introduce glazing around the remaining exposed elevations. Module 1 has one high-level window on its east end wall and one on its west end wall. Module 2 has one high-level window on each east and west end wall, plus two high-level windows on its exposed south wall. Their elevated position helps preserve usable wall space within the storage configuration.
Anthracite grooved-plank exterior
The selected exposed outside walls are finished with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding, applied between the frame with the boards arranged vertically. This finish covers Module 1’s north, east and west walls, together with Module 2’s east, south and west walls.
The building has a flat roof and retains the approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia, with no additional fascia selected. External cladding is priced as part of the project quotation and is not itemised in public pricing.
Internal finish and room planning
No wet fit-out has been requested for this storage unit. Included internal walls use white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are available as optional alternatives where a different internal finish is required. Flooring has not been fixed at this stage and is selected to suit the final room layout and intended use.
The stored configuration is presented before internal partitions are confirmed. Any subdivision, circulation space or dedicated storage zones will affect how the available internal area is used. These details can be reviewed through the project configuration process, with final fixtures, finishes and room planning confirmed by quotation.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 excluding VAT, or £32,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to survey. Access routes, available working space, ground conditions and the prepared base must be considered before installation arrangements and associated costs can be confirmed. The final quotation will define the agreed specification, finishes and project requirements.
