2-Module P600 Toilet Block with WC

Single-storey P600 arrangement

Designed as a modular toilet block for the construction sector, this configuration uses two steel-framed P600 modules connected in a single-storey run. The resulting footprint is 11.8m x 2.2m, with approximately 23 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module is 5.9m x 2.2m externally and approximately 2.40m high, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.

The modules are arranged end to end rather than stacked. Module 1 forms one half of the building and connects to Module 2 along the internal module interface. The final internal division and WC arrangement remain subject to the confirmed quotation and layout. Further examples of this use type can be viewed under modular toilet blocks.

Openings in the stored design

• Module 1 north side: two high-level, top-only windows.
• Module 1 south side: one small window, one single glazed door and a second small window.
• Module 1 west end: one high-level, top-only window.
• Module 2 north side: two high-level, top-only windows.
• Module 2 east end: one high-level, top-only window.
• Module 2 south side: two high-level, top-only windows.

These openings belong to the exposed walls of this exact two-module run layout. Their relationship to the final WC compartments, circulation space and sanitary fittings will be resolved when the requested fit-out is confirmed. Illustrated fixtures and finishes are indicative until recorded in the final quotation.

External panels and roof

The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, RAL 7035. A smooth finish is selected for the exposed north, south and west walls of Module 1 and for the exposed north, east and south walls of Module 2. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is included in this configuration.

Requested WC fit-out and internal finishes

A WC is requested for the final layout. Where a toilet room is formed within the quoted scheme, that room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The precise compartment arrangement, sanitary fixtures and associated room details must be confirmed through the final design and quotation rather than assumed from an illustration.

Outside the toilet-room area, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring selections are also subject to confirmation and are not included claims for this stored configuration. These choices can be reviewed when progressing the design through the building configurator.

Indicative estimate and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final WC layout and selected details. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Siting is subject to survey and confirmation that the location, access and prepared area are suitable for the two-module run. The survey and quotation process will identify relevant access constraints, transport requirements and any separate works needed for the proposed site. No allowance for those site-specific elements should be inferred from the indicative configured estimate.
