    Configuration overview

    This building uses two P600 modules arranged side by side to create a wide, single-storey modular toilet block. Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, giving the complete building a 5.9m by 4.4m footprint and approximately 23 m² of internal floor area.

    Specified for the Construction sector, the configuration provides permanent WC provision without the scale of a larger multi-module facility. It is suitable for construction sites as well as event venues and sports grounds that need a dedicated, durable toilet building with a straightforward rectangular footprint.

    Module-by-module layout

    Module 1 forms the entrance side of the building. Its exposed north elevation has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. The exposed east and west ends each have one top-only, high-level window, providing additional daylight while limiting direct views into the WC accommodation.

    Module 2 links directly to Module 1 to form the full-width internal space. Its south elevation has two top-only, high-level windows, while the exposed east and west ends each have a further high-level window. Together, the two modules provide six high-level or small windows in addition to the glazed entrance door.

    External finish

    The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding for a clean, restrained appearance suited to operational sites and public-facing locations. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and compact. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

    WC fit-out

    The internal specification includes a WC fit-out, so this configuration is supplied as a fitted toilet block rather than an empty modular shell. The precise sanitary arrangement, service positions and project finishes should be confirmed against the standard fitted specification before order, particularly where the site has fixed drainage or utility connection points.

    Price and scope

    The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This applies to the two-module, single-storey configuration described here, including the stated external openings, Dark grey smooth cladding, flat roof, slim fascia and WC fit-out.

    Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Final cost depends on the delivery location, installation conditions, access, required foundations or base, utility connections and any changes to the standard specification.

    Lead time and siting

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on specification approval, production scheduling, site readiness and delivery arrangements. Groundworks and service preparations should be coordinated with the agreed installation date so the building can be positioned and connected without avoidable delay.

    The site requires a suitable prepared and level base, along with adequate access for delivery and installation equipment. Drainage, water and electrical requirements must be established before manufacture so connection points can be coordinated.
