Configuration overview

This single-storey configuration combines two P600 steel-framed modules in a straight run, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 23 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior within each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.

Run layout and external openings

The modules are arranged end to end, with Module 1 forming the western section and Module 2 forming the eastern section. The exposed west end of Module 1 has one large window, while the exposed east end of Module 2 also has one large window.

On the north side, each module has a small window, a large window and a second small window. Module 1’s south wall has a large window, a single glazed door and another large window. Module 2’s south wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window. These openings define the stored configuration and support natural light across both sections of the site office.

Selected exterior and roof

The selected external walls use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Cream, RAL 9001, with a smooth finish. This treatment applies to the north, south and west exposed walls of Module 1 and the north, east and south exposed walls of Module 2. Cladding pricing is confirmed only within the project quotation and is not itemised publicly.

The configuration has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. Final colours, visible junction details and associated project finishes are confirmed through the quotation.

Requested internal fit-out

A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this site office, with their precise positions and specifications to be confirmed in the final layout. The WC area requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Individual sanitary fittings, kitchenette components and illustrated accessories should not be treated as guaranteed unless they are recorded in the final quotation.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this stored design. Flooring outside the WC is also selected room by room and is not specified as included here. Available layout and finish choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Construction site use

Developed as a compact site office for the construction sector, this configuration is intended for main contractors and site managers who need a narrow, single-storey workspace. The combination of windows on both long elevations, glazed external access and requested welfare facilities supports day-to-day site administration without changing the stated footprint.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final layout and finishes. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access.

Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed location. The quotation will confirm the final scope and any project-specific items.
