Configuration and scale

This modular toilet block combines two P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey, wide arrangement. Together they form a 5.9m x 4.4m footprint with approximately 23 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module is 2.40m high externally, has a 2.16m internal ceiling and provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The paired format is intended for construction-sector sites, events and sports grounds requiring permanent WC provision within a compact building.

Module layout and openings

In this stored design, the modules are linked side by side at ground-floor level. Module 1’s exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, has a glazed double door with one small window on each side. Its exposed east and west 2.2m end walls each have one high-level, top-only window. Module 2’s exposed south wall has two high-level, top-only windows, while its exposed east and west end walls each carry a further high-level, top-only window. This opening arrangement is specific to the configuration described here.

External finish and roof

All exposed external walls identified for this configuration receive Smooth plank (AR16016) cladding in Gri (Grey), applied between the frame. These are Module 1’s north, east and west walls and Module 2’s east, south and west walls. The building has a flat roof finished with the approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia only; no additional fascia is specified. Cladding is part of the selected quoted configuration, without any separate public price itemisation.

Requested WC fit-out

WC provision has been requested, with the exact room arrangement and sanitary fit-out still to be confirmed in the final layout and quotation. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. In areas outside those rooms, the included wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, other hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring remain selectable choices or upgrades rather than included specifications. Illustrated fittings, colours and finishes should therefore be treated as representative until the quotation confirms the final details.

Use and design context

This configuration is designed around the modular toilet blocks use case, particularly for construction sites, event facilities and sports grounds seeking permanent WC provision. Its two-module width provides a broader internal plan than a single P600 while retaining a simple single-storey form. The openings bring access and high-level glazing into the stored external arrangement; their locations should be retained when assessing the design against a proposed site.

The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 ex VAT (£32,880 inc VAT), subject to quotation. That figure relates to this specified two-module configuration and should not be read as a universal price for other layouts or finish choices. Final layout details can be recorded through the building configurator. Transport is calculated separately by delivery postcode and site access, while offloading or cranage, groundworks and any site-specific works are excluded from the configured estimate.
