    A compact, wide-format retail building

    This configuration uses two 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules positioned side by side, creating a 5.9m x 4.4m footprint. The completed building is single storey and provides approximately 23 m² of internal floor area. Its wide arrangement gives retailers a practical, visible shop format without extending the building beyond one level.

    Designed for the Retail & Hospitality sector, this modular shop is suitable for independent retailers, farm shops and pop-up operators. The broad spread of windows brings visibility to several exposed elevations, while the single glazed entrance provides a clear customer access point.

    Module-by-module layout

    Module 1 forms the entrance side of the building. Its exposed north wall has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window arranged across the 5.9m elevation. The exposed east and west ends of this module each have one large window, giving the retail space glazing on three sides.

    Module 2 completes the wide layout. Its exposed south wall contains two large windows across the 5.9m side. The east and west ends each contain a further large window. Across both modules, the configuration therefore provides one glazed entrance door and eight large windows, supporting product display, customer visibility and natural light.

    Exterior and internal fit-out

    The exterior is finished in smooth Black cladding. A flat roof and slim fascia keep the profile simple and contemporary, making the building suitable for customer-facing retail settings. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

    The internal fit-out includes a WC, allowing the building to support day-to-day retail use without requiring a separate welfare unit. The remaining floor area can be organised around the buyer’s counters, shelving, displays and other operational equipment. These loose retail items are not included in the stated configuration.

    Indicative price and programme

    The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification.
