Two-module wide layout
This configuration uses two P600 steel-framed modules connected side by side to create a single-storey building with an external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is approximately 2.40m high, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Before internal partitions, the configuration provides approximately 22.8m2 of usable internal area based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, but the final arrangement will depend on the confirmed WC layout and partition positions.
Doors and windows
On Module 1, the exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. Both exposed 2.2m ends have high-level, top-only windows: one on the east wall and one on the west wall.
Module 2 has three high-level, top-only windows. These are located on the east and west 2.2m ends and on the exposed south-facing 5.9m wall. The high-level format provides daylight while supporting privacy for the proposed toilet use. Final fixture positions and internal divisions must be coordinated with these stored openings.
Anthracite external finish
The exposed walls are specified with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding fitted vertically between the frame. This finish covers the north, east and west walls of Module 1 and the east, south and west walls of Module 2. Cladding is subject to the final quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. Final colours, fixtures and illustrated finish details are confirmed through the project quotation.
Requested WC fit-out
A WC is requested for the final internal layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms, but no shower is specified in this stored configuration.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes, partitions, sanitary fixtures and flooring selections will be established around the final room plan and confirmed by quotation. This configuration is intended for buyers comparing permanent modular toilet blocks for construction sites, events and sports grounds.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 excluding VAT, or £32,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting remains subject to a site survey, including checks on access, levels, foundations and operating requirements. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, with the completed quotation confirming the final WC layout, finishes and project scope.
