Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north elevation has a single glazed entrance door positioned between two small windows. This arrangement places the only external door on the long elevation and provides natural light on both sides of the entrance.

The exposed east and west 2.2m ends of Module 1 each have a top-only, high-level window. These openings introduce additional daylight while retaining more usable and private wall area below, which is appropriate for a building containing washing and WC facilities.

Module 2 forms the south side. Its exposed 5.9m south elevation has one top-only, high-level window. The east and west 2.2m ends also each have a top-only, high-level window. Together, the opening pattern gives the building high-level glazing on three sides of Module 2 while keeping access focused through the glazed door in Module 1.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding, giving the shower block a restrained, practical appearance for operational sites. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and maintains the low overall visual profile of the single-storey building.

The standard fitted specification includes a WC and shower within the combined internal area. The exact service routes, connection points and final internal arrangement should be confirmed for the intended site before manufacture. Price and standard specification

Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to final specification, order scheduling and project requirements. Delivery and installation are planned around site access and readiness, with the building delivered and installed across the UK.

The site requires a suitable prepared, level base, clear access for delivery and installation, and the necessary water, drainage and electrical services for the fitted facilities. Ground conditions, access restrictions, utility connections and any site-specific works should be assessed before delivery.
