2-Module Beauty Salon with Kitchenette and WC

A wide two-module salon layout

This configuration combines two P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey, wide arrangement. Together, they create a 5.9m x 4.4m footprint with approximately 23 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.

The joined layout provides a broader interior than a single module, making it suitable for beauty therapists and salon owners who need room to plan treatment areas alongside supporting facilities. The final division of the interior, including the requested kitchenette and WC, remains subject to confirmation in the final layout and quotation. Windows and glazed entrance

Module 1 has an exposed north-facing 5.9m wall fitted with a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each have a full-size window.

Module 2 has two large windows along its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each have a full-size window. This stored arrangement places glazed openings around every exposed elevation, supporting a light interior while retaining the exact two-module footprint.

Jet Black exterior and flat roof

The selected exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005. The exposed north, east and west walls of Module 1, and the exposed east, south and west walls of Module 2, use standard smooth insulated panels in the same Jet Black finish.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration. Final colours, finishes and fixture details are confirmed through the project quotation rather than guaranteed solely by illustrations.

Requested kitchenette, WC and internal finishes

A kitchenette and WC have been requested, with their positions and final specifications to be confirmed during layout development. As the WC is a toilet room, it requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Any associated selections will be set out in the final quotation.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring selections are also subject to confirmation and should not be assumed from visualisations. These choices can be reviewed when refining the building through the P600 configurator.

Pricing, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate from the configured estimate.

Final siting is subject to survey and confirmation of access, levels, ground conditions and the requirements of the chosen location. The quotation will confirm the final layout, selected fit-out details, finishes and project-specific costs.
