2-Module Beauty Salon with Kitchenette and WC

A practical 24 m² salon layout

This P600 configuration uses two 5.9m x 2.2m modules in a wide, single-storey arrangement. Together they create a 5.9m x 4.4m footprint with approximately 24 m² of internal floor area. The modules are linked to form one usable salon space, providing room for treatment, reception or waiting areas without the complexity of a larger multi-storey building.

Designed for the Beauty & Wellness sector, this layout is suitable for independent beauty therapists and established salon owners. Openings by module

Module 1 forms one side of the building. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has a large window, a single glazed entrance door and a second large window. Each exposed 2.2m end wall also has a large window: one on the east end and one on the west end. This gives the entrance elevation a balanced appearance while bringing daylight into the salon from three directions.

Module 2 forms the other side of the wide layout. Its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The east and west 2.2m end walls each have a further large window. Across both modules, the configuration therefore has one glazed external door and eight large windows.

The extensive glazing is well suited to a beauty salon, where a bright interior can help create a comfortable working and customer environment. The final allocation of treatment stations, storage and waiting furniture can be planned around the fixed door, window, kitchenette and WC positions shown on the approved layout.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in Light grey timber cladding, giving the building a clean, understated appearance. A flat roof with slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and contemporary. The building is designed, manufactured and delivered by Adacon, with delivery and installation available across the UK.

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, supporting everyday operation as a self-contained salon. The kitchenette provides a dedicated staff refreshment area, while the WC avoids reliance on separate facilities elsewhere on site. This configuration is supplied to Adacon’s standard fitted specification rather than as an empty shell.

Price and typical lead time

The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the two-module building in the configuration described, including the Light grey timber-clad exterior, specified glazed door and windows, kitchenette and WC. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme depends on final design approval, current production capacity and site readiness. Layout and finish selections should be confirmed before manufacture; the P600 configurator can be used to review the building arrangement.

Siting requirements

The building requires a suitable prepared base and clear access for delivery and installation. Ground conditions, vehicle access, lifting requirements and routes for connecting services must be assessed for the individual site. Electricity, water and drainage requirements will also need to be coordinated for the kitchenette and WC. Groundworks, service connections, delivery and other site-specific works are assessed and priced separately.
