Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the northern half of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall contains a large window, a glazed double-door entrance and a second large window. The exposed east and west ends each have one large window. This creates a prominent, well-glazed principal elevation with direct customer access.

Module 2 forms the southern half. Its exposed 5.9m south wall contains two large windows, while its exposed east and west ends each have one large window. Across the complete building, the specified openings provide windows on every exposed elevation, with the customer entrance positioned centrally along the north side.

Exterior finish and internal facilities

The exterior is finished in smooth Timber effect cladding, giving the salon a clean, contemporary appearance suited to beauty and wellness settings. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline restrained and complements the wide, low-profile layout.

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, providing essential staff and customer facilities within the building. Their final arrangement must work with the wider salon layout and required service connections. Treatment equipment, furniture, storage and other specialist salon items are not listed as part of this configuration.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £21,500 excluding VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the two-module building in the configuration described, including the specified cladding, flat roof, doors, windows, kitchenette and WC. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately because access, location and ground conditions vary between projects.

Lead time, delivery and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The project-specific programme is confirmed when the order, site requirements and specification have been reviewed. The modules are delivered to site for installation, so there must be suitable access for delivery vehicles and enough clear working space for the installation process.

The building requires an appropriate, level prepared base, together with planned connections for the services needed by the kitchenette and WC. Drainage routes, utility connections, ground conditions and access should be assessed before delivery. Planning permission and Building Regulations requirements depend on the site and intended use and should be established for the individual project.
