A compact, self-contained salon layout

This configuration uses one P600 module in a wide, single-storey layout. The module measures 5.9m by 2.2m and provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area, giving an independent beauty therapist or salon owner a practical space for appointments, preparation and essential facilities without the scale of a larger multi-module building.

The interior is delivered to a full fit-out standard and includes a kitchenette and WC. These facilities make the building self-contained for day-to-day salon use, while leaving the remaining space available for the buyer’s chosen treatment furniture, storage and specialist beauty equipment. Module 1: doors, windows and internal facilities

Module 1 contains the complete salon. The north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. On the opposite south-facing wall, a single glazed door is positioned between two further large windows, providing the main entrance and an open, well-lit frontage. Each 2.2m end wall also has a full-size window, resulting in glazing on every exposed elevation.

Exterior finish and fitted specification

The steel-framed P600 module is finished externally in timber-effect timber cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall appearance simple and contemporary. The building is supplied as a complete modular structure rather than a shell, with the specified windows, glazed entrance door, kitchenette and WC forming part of this fitted configuration.

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, travel distance, service requirements and ground conditions vary by location. Lead time, delivery and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the confirmed specification, project schedule and site readiness. Buyers should allow time before delivery for any required permissions, groundworks and utility planning. The kitchenette and WC will require suitable site services, with the necessary connections assessed and priced according to the property.

The site must be ready for safe delivery and installation of a 5.9m by 2.2m module. Delivery vehicle access, lifting access, boundary restrictions and the position of nearby buildings or overhead obstructions should be considered during planning.
