Single-module layout
The building comprises one ground-floor module in a wide, single-storey arrangement. Its overall footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with approximately 11m² of internal floor area. Because there are no internal rooms or wet areas, the space remains open from end to end. This straightforward layout makes effective use of the full module without corridors, partitions or separate service areas taking up storage space.
Access, shutter and windows
The south-facing 5.9m wall forms the main access side. It contains one full-size roller shutter for moving larger items in and out, together with a pair of glazed doors for regular pedestrian access. The opposite north-facing wall has two high-level, top-only windows. Each 2.2m end wall also has one high-level, top-only window, giving four windows across the complete module while retaining useful wall space below.
External finish
The exterior is finished in black horizontal cladding, giving the storage unit a clean, consistent appearance suited to construction compounds, trade premises and operational yards. Open internal fit-out
This configuration has no wet fit-out. There is no WC, sink, kitchenette or other plumbing provision included in the stated layout. Instead, the module is supplied as an open internal space ready for the buyer to arrange with their own shelving, racks, tool storage or freestanding equipment. Any additions outside the stated standard fitted specification must be confirmed and priced separately.
Indicative price and scope
The indicative price is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the single P600 module in the configuration described, including the black horizontal external finish, flat roof, listed windows, full-size roller shutter, glazed double doors and open internal layout. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately. Alternative configurations can be explored using the P600 configurator.
Lead time and site preparation
A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification, order confirmation and current production scheduling. The programme for delivery and installation also depends on the site being ready and accessible on the agreed date.
Siting requirements
The unit requires a suitable, level prepared base appropriate to the site conditions and the 5.9m x 2.2m footprint. There must also be sufficient access for delivery and installation, with the final approach, working area and any site restrictions reviewed before scheduling. Groundworks, planning requirements where applicable, and other site-specific preparations remain separate from the indicative building price and should be established for the intended location.
