Practical storage in one P600 module

This configuration uses one steel-framed P600 module arranged as a single-storey secure storage unit. The module measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide and provides approximately 11 m² of internal floor area. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for construction sites, trade premises and business yards where available space must be used efficiently.

The interior is left as one open storage area, with no wet fit-out or internal room divisions. This gives contractors, tradespeople and other commercial users a straightforward lock-up space that can be organised around their own tools, equipment, stock or materials.

Access and opening layout

The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two full-size roller shutters. These provide separate access points along the long side of the module, helping users reach stored items without relying on a single entrance.

On the opposite south-facing wall, there is one further full-size roller shutter alongside a glazed double door. The shutter provides an additional wide access point, while the double door gives a practical pedestrian entrance for day-to-day use. In total, the configuration has three full-size roller shutters and one set of glazed double doors.

Both 2.2m end walls have a top-only window positioned at high level. One is fitted to the east end and the other to the west end. Their elevated position admits natural light while retaining more usable wall area below for storage.

Exterior finish and internal specification

The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in black, giving the unit a clean, consistent appearance suited to commercial and construction settings. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and compact.

There is no WC, sink, kitchenette or other wet installation in this configuration. The full internal area remains available as open storage space. Indicative price and delivery

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the single P600 module in the configuration described here, including the black horizontal cladding, flat roof with slim fascia, three roller shutters, glazed double door, two high-level windows and open internal layout.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers P600 buildings, with delivery and installation available across the UK. Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to final specification, order confirmation and production scheduling.

The unit requires a suitable prepared and level base, together with clear access for delivery and installation. The available route should be assessed for the delivery vehicle and lifting operation before the installation date.
