Single-Module P600 Toilet Block with WC

Compact permanent WC provision

This P600 configuration provides a permanent WC facility within one steel-framed module. It has a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint, is arranged over a single storey and provides approximately 11 m² of internal floor area. Its compact format makes it suitable for construction-sector sites, events and sports grounds where space is limited but a properly fitted, enclosed facility is required. It forms part of Adacon’s wider range of modular toilet blocks.

Module 1 layout

The complete building is contained within one ground-floor module. The internal fit-out includes a WC, creating a straightforward single-purpose facility without additional rooms or unnecessary circulation space. The exact service arrangements and any site-specific adaptations can be confirmed during the project review.

The main access point is on the south-facing 5.9m wall. This elevation has one single glazed door positioned between two small windows. The combination gives the entrance elevation a balanced appearance while introducing natural light into the building.

The remaining three exposed walls use high-level, top-only windows. One is fitted to the north-facing 5.9m wall, one to the east-facing 2.2m end and one to the west-facing 2.2m end. These openings provide additional daylight while limiting low-level views into the WC facility. No other external doors or windows are included in this configuration.

External finish

The module is finished with horizontal cladding in dark grey. Above it, a flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and restrained. The result is a practical external finish suited to construction sites and other operational settings where a clean, durable-looking building is preferred over decorative detailing.

Standard fitted price

The indicative price is £10,750 ex VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the single P600 module in the stated configuration, including its external finish, listed doors and windows, and internal WC fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in this figure and are quoted separately once the location and project requirements are known.

Manufacture and lead time

Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. A typical lead time for this configuration is 8–12 weeks. The programme is confirmed for each order and may depend on the agreed specification, current production schedule, delivery arrangements and readiness of the site.

Siting requirements

The site must provide suitable access for delivery and installation, together with a prepared, level supporting base appropriate to the module and local ground conditions. The required WC service strategy must also be established before installation, including water and foul drainage arrangements where applicable. Groundworks, service connections and other location-specific requirements are assessed and priced separately. Clear access around the installation area should be maintained for the planned delivery date.
