Compact permanent WC provision

This configuration uses one P600 module to create a self-contained modular toilet block for the construction sector. The module measures 5.9m long by 2.2m wide and provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for sites, events and sports grounds where permanent WC provision is required without specifying a larger multi-module building. Module 1 layout

The complete accommodation is arranged within a single ground-floor module. There is no upper storey and no linked second module, keeping the internal arrangement direct and the external footprint to 5.9m x 2.2m. The internal fit-out includes WC provision within the approximately 12 m² floor area.

• North 5.9m wall: one top-only, high-level window
• East 2.2m end: one top-only, high-level window
• South 5.9m wall: one small window, a glazed double door and a second small window
• West 2.2m end: one top-only, high-level window

The glazed double door forms the main entrance on the south elevation, positioned between the two small windows. High-level windows are fitted to the north wall and both 2.2m ends, bringing openings to three sides of the module while retaining the specified top-only format.

External finish

The steel-framed module is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding for a clean, consistent appearance. Above it, a flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and compact. The finish is suitable for operational surroundings where buyers want a permanent modular facility rather than a temporary-looking cabin.

WC fit-out

The standard fitted specification includes the internal WC provision identified for this configuration. Because the building is manufactured as one complete P600 module, the room, external envelope, entrance and specified window arrangement are coordinated as a single product. Alternative P600 arrangements can be explored using the P600 configurator, but changes may affect the final price and programme.

Indicative price and scope

The indicative price is £10,750 ex VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described on this page. This covers the single P600 module with its WC fit-out, smooth Anthracite cladding, flat roof with slim fascia, glazed double entrance door and listed windows. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in this figure and are quoted separately to reflect the destination, access and site conditions.

Manufacture and delivery programme

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on confirmation of the specification, site details and delivery arrangements. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers P600 buildings, with modules delivered and installed across the UK. A confirmed schedule is provided for each order rather than treating the typical lead time as a fixed installation date.

Siting requirements

The module requires a suitable prepared and level base, together with safe access for delivery and positioning. Allowance must also be made for the service and drainage connections required by the WC fit-out. Ground conditions, lifting or positioning access, connection routes and any restrictions affecting delivery should be assessed before installation. Groundworks, service connections and other site-specific works are reviewed and priced separately for the proposed location.
