This P600 configuration is designed for beauty therapists and salon owners who need a permanent-quality workspace without committing to a conventional building project. Three 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules are linked side by side to form a wide, single-storey building with a 5.9m x 6.6m footprint and approximately 34 m² of internal floor area.
The wide plan provides a flexible open interior that can be arranged for treatment stations, waiting space, product displays or separate working zones. The internal kitchenette and WC support day-to-day operation, while the extensive glazing helps create the bright environment expected of a modern beauty salon.
Module-by-module arrangement
Module 1 forms the north side of the building and contains the main entrance. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a central glazed double door positioned between two large windows. The exposed 2.2m east and west ends each have a further large window, giving this part of the salon glazing on three sides.
Module 2 occupies the centre of the layout. Its long sides connect directly to Modules 1 and 3, creating a continuous internal floor plan. Large windows are fitted to both exposed 2.2m ends, providing daylight from the east and west elevations.
Module 3 forms the south side. Two large windows are positioned along its exposed 5.9m south wall, with another large window in each of the east and west ends. Together with the openings in the other modules, this gives the salon a balanced spread of glazing around all four elevations.
Exterior finish and internal fit-out
The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding, giving the building a clean, restrained appearance suited to a customer-facing beauty and wellness setting. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and contemporary. The glazed double entrance doors provide a clear main approach and add further natural light at the front of the building.
