A practical salon layout across two modules

This configuration uses two P600 modules in a straight run, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 2.2m and approximately 23 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey format provides a straightforward layout for a beauty salon, with extensive glazing along both sides and at each exposed end.

The modules are linked end to end to form one continuous building. This narrow, linear arrangement can support treatment, reception and waiting functions without splitting the salon across separate floors. Module 1: entrance and front-of-house space

Module 1 contains the building’s external entrance. Its south-facing 5.9m wall has a glazed double door positioned between two large windows, giving the entrance elevation a clear commercial appearance and bringing daylight into the salon. The north-facing wall has two further large windows, while the exposed west end has one full-size window.

This combination of an accessible double-door entrance and glazing on three exposed sides makes Module 1 a logical location for reception, waiting or open salon activity. The exact allocation of salon functions can be planned around the included kitchenette and WC without changing the stated external configuration.

Module 2: additional working area

Module 2 extends the salon in the same straight run. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows, and the south-facing wall has another two large windows. A full-size window is fitted to the exposed east end.

Together, the two modules provide eight large side windows and two full-size end windows, in addition to the glazed double entrance door. The resulting layout provides substantial natural light across the length of the building while retaining an uncomplicated rectangular floor plan.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in vertical Anthracite cladding, giving the salon a smart, contemporary appearance suited to a customer-facing beauty and wellness setting. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile clean and restrained.

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC as part of this configuration. These facilities allow staff refreshments and essential welfare provision to be accommodated within the building’s approximately 23 m² internal area. Price and programme

The indicative price is £21,500 ex VAT, or £25,800 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately according to the location, access and site conditions.

Siting requirements

The building requires a suitable, level prepared base and clear access for delivery and installation. The route to the site and the installation area must be assessed for the two 5.9m x 2.2m modules. Groundworks, service connections and other site-dependent requirements are established and priced separately before installation.
