Why repetition matters

A scheme of 65 flats may only contain a handful of genuinely different bathroom layouts. Once those types are fixed, each one can be manufactured repeatedly under factory conditions rather than built individually on site.

Potential benefits can include reduced onsite wet trades, fewer trades working in the same space, more repeatable quality and simpler coordination. Programme and cost outcomes depend on the individual project and are never guaranteed.

Built around your project

Adacon's modular system includes a range of standard unit sizes that can be configured internally around the individual project. Multiple modules can be combined where larger facilities are required.

For projects where standard module dimensions are not appropriate, bespoke sizes and configurations can also be considered depending on project requirements and scale.
